LEAD TACTICS
LEAD Tactics has been built on the belief that lives can be saved. The lives of law enforcement officers and the lives of the community those officers have sworn to protect.

LEAD Tactics has developed an innovative training program based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Implementing a comprehensive BJJ-based curriculum would be a vital upgrade to the instruction our law officers already receive. By focusing on de-escalation and control techniques, officers will minimize the chance of resorting to potentially lethal force during public interactions. This will result in better trained, more confident, and efficient police officers, and ultimately a safer public.

LEAD Tactics is comprised of a group of lifelong Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practitioners that have known each other since childhood. In addition to each member being a BJJ black belt, individually each also has unique professional skillsets that have created value in the structural formation of LEAD Tactics. Their lifelong friendships, shared world views, and individual unique attributes have strategically positioned them as a unified group that has created a one-of-a-kind law enforcement program with the sole purpose of giving back to their communities.
SERVICES
LEAD Tactics has a created a unique infrastructure that specializes in effective martial arts techniques and psychological conditioning. Leveraging the use of technology, legal mitigation protocols, and an expansive BJJ network; the synergy created between these components results in a program that is positioned to create societal reform.
The proper training and application of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will greatly reduce the need for extraneous striking or the utilization of chokeholds during escalating encounters. Maximizing the safety and well-being of both the detainee and the law enforcement officer is a primary goal.
